Welcome to Nancy Kelley's page! I am pleased to be a Kindergarten Teacher at Middletown Primary School. I have wanted to be a teacher since I was a wee one in upstate New York. I moved south of The Mason Dixon Line to attend Hood College and there I earned my BA and MA degrees. I have been teaching for Frederick County Public Schools since 1982. Grades taught include first, second, third---- and now Kindergarten since the birth of daughter Connar in 1995. Connar is now a student at Middletown High School. Son Tyler, a 2009 Middletown High grad is a student at Clemson University in South Carolina.
This blog stuff is all new to me, and I am certainly out of my comfort zone. So, now I will get back to doing what I love-- almost as much as being a mom--TEACHING! Thank you for entrusting me with your child. Here's to a great year of working and learning together!
