My name is Mary Schumacher. This is my twenty second year of teaching. I graduated from West Virgina Wesleyan and received my Master's degree from Western Maryland. I spent three years at Brunswick elementary, teaching first grade. And fifteen years at Lewistown Elementary teaching second grade and kindergarten. I also spent one year at Valley Elementary teaching Kindergarten. So glad to be back at MPS for a fourth year. I live in Myersville with my husband Alec. I have three children, my oldest Melissa will be attending Middletown High School as a junior. My daughter Allison will be entering Middletown High School as a freshman, and my son Tim will be an eighth grader at Middletown Middle. We have two golden retrievers named Ripken and Raven. Can you tell we're Baltimore fans?
